Our system for booking appointments online and ordering repeat prescriptions is currently being changed. If you have registered for the new system, you can order repeat prescriptions now and booking appointments online will be available from 15th April 2024.
If you have not registered for the new system you will need to pop in to Reception with ID which shows your Name and Date of Birth or with your Student ID, and complete a registration form. Once you have done this you will receive an email from Myvisiononline with instructions and login details.
Once registered, in order to use online booking or repeat requests, patients must have given us their email address AND their mobile phone number. Patients must also have given consent to be contacted by email AND mobile phone. Without this you will not be able to use Online Services.
